Working with a range of experienced contractors and suppliers, we provide you with a fully detailed price, along with an indicative timeline for your build. This ensures you have a clear understanding of costs and project milestones, helping to keep everything on track and within budget.

Once we’ve finalised the pricing, schedule, and payment terms, we’ll sign the Master Builders contract and get started on the build. From there, we take care of everything - working with architects, engineers, and sub-trades to keep things humming along. We’ll keep you in the loop and involved throughout your project with regular updates and site meetings.

We conduct regular quality checks as the build progresses, making sure everything is on track and up to our high standards. During these checks, we inspect key areas, confirm everything is working as it should, and address any issues early on, so you can feel confident that everything is coming together how you imagined.

At practical completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure everything is perfect before you move in. Together, we’ll review the details and confirm everything is working as it should.

We handle the paperwork, get code of compliance, and hand over the keys to your new home!

Your home is all set and ready to be enjoyed for years to come. Once you’ve settled in, we’ll touch base to make sure you’re happy with everything. We’ll also follow up at the end of the 12-month maintenance period to ensure everything’s still in great shape.
