We believe the best homes come from getting the right people around the table early. Whether you already have consented plans or you're still figuring out where to begin, we'll meet you where you're at.
As a small, hands-on team, we only take on a limited number of projects each year. It means we're able to stay closely involved, communicate properly and give every home the attention it deserves.

Every good build starts with a conversation to understand what you want to achieve with your project. We’ll take the time to hear what you’re planning, what matters most to you, your budget and where you’re at in the process.
Whether you already have plans or are still working out where to begin, we can help guide the next steps. We’ll review your site and plans, talk through your priorities and make sure we’re the right fit for your project.

Design it with the build in mind
Getting the details right early makes for a smoother build. We can work alongside your architect or recommend the best architect for your needs during the planning stages, bringing a practical building perspective to decisions around layout, materials, detailing and budget.
With interior design support available in-house, we can also help with floorplan layout, kitchen design, material and finish selections, spatial decisions and 3D visualisation, helping you feel confident in the decisions you’re making before they’re built.

Clear pricing before we start
Once the plans and scope are developed, we’ll put together a detailed costing summary for your build. We take the time to understand the project properly so you have a clear picture of what’s included before construction begins.
We’ll talk you through the price, key allowances and any areas that still need decisions. If something changes along the way, we’ll discuss the cost with you before moving ahead. No unnecessary surprises.

Time to build
Once construction begins, Harry remains closely involved on site throughout your build, working alongside our team and trusted subcontractors.
You’ll deal directly with us, with regular communication about progress, upcoming decisions and what’s happening next. We intentionally take on a limited number of projects so we can stay involved, keep things moving and give each build the attention it deserves.

Details matter
We care about the parts you notice and the ones you don’t. Throughout the build, we’re continually checking workmanship, detailing and finishes to make sure everything is completed to the standard we expect.
We are actively involved on site, meaning issues can be picked up early, details are properly considered and quality stays consistent from the structure through to the finishing touches.

Handover and after
Before handover, we’ll complete our final checks and walk through the finished home with you. We’ll take care of the required documentation, talk you through anything you need to know and make sure everything is ready before handing over the keys.
Our involvement doesn’t disappear once you move in. We’ll be available during the maintenance period and beyond if you need us.
